Privacy Philosophy
Privacy is part of Majlis Partners' trust infrastructure. We collect the minimum data required to review access, enable safe introductions, operate the service, and protect members. We do not sell member data.
Information We Collect and Use
Founder Conversations notes include your name, email, LinkedIn profile, location, founder experience, company and optional website, target market, stage, area of work, optional adjacent-thesis explanation, product description, decision and decision-maker, current workflow, relevant data, expected outcome, founder insight, evidence, current needs, optional referral source, and any optional material link or file you share. We use these to review your note, develop this emerging thesis, and contact you about the conversation. Optional files are stored privately for authorized reviewers; internal review notes and signals may be added later without automatic scoring. This does not apply you to the membership waitlist or guarantee a reply, meeting, or investment. Do not submit confidential information or customer personal data. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@majlispartners.com, subject to applicable retention obligations.
Depending on how you use Majlis, we may collect identity, profile, participation, submission, device, browser, and security-log information. Google Analytics loads only after you opt in and may use cookies or similar technologies to measure site activity. Your accepted or declined choice is stored in this browser's local storage as mp_cookie_consent; you can change or withdraw it using Cookie Preferences in the footer. Withdrawal stops future Analytics collection in this browser, but does not delete data previously received by Google.
Calendly's booking widget JavaScript and stylesheet load only after you click Book a Meeting; using the widget or booking page may send information to Calendly under its own privacy terms. Google Fonts are requested from Google when pages load, which may disclose technical information such as your IP address and browser details.
Sharing, Retention, and Security
Information is shared only with consent, necessary service providers, or for safety and legal requirements. We retain data only as long as operational, security, and legal needs require and apply access controls and anti-abuse protections.
Your Choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, deactivation, or profile visibility changes by contacting hello@majlispartners.com, subject to applicable legal and fraud-prevention requirements. Manual requests do not themselves delete information already held by Google Analytics or Calendly.
